How this website handles personal data

This policy describes what happens to personal data in connection with xianyualloy.com. It is written to describe what this website actually does, and it is deliberately short because this website does very little with personal data.

Data controller: Changzhou Xianyu Alloy Decoration Project Co., Ltd., Changzhou, Jiangsu, China. Contact for any privacy question: info@xianyualloy.com.

No forms, no accounts, no tracking

  • This website contains no contact form, no enquiry form and no account or login facility. It is not possible to submit personal data through this website.
  • This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking, advertising or social-media pixels written by us.
  • This website uses no analytics service and no visitor-profiling of any kind.
  • This website loads no third-party fonts, no third-party scripts and no content delivery networks. All page assets are served from this domain.
  • We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Ever.

The only outbound links on this site that lead to another service are the WhatsApp link, which opens WhatsApp, and the link to the CNCA register at cnca.gov.cn. If you follow either, the privacy policy of that service applies.

Hosting and access logs

This website is hosted on Netlify. Like any web host, Netlify's infrastructure retains standard server access logs — which can include IP address, browser user-agent string, the page requested and the time of the request — for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes. We do not use those logs to identify individual visitors, and we do not combine them with any other data.

Netlify acts as a hosting provider for this purpose. Netlify's own privacy policy governs how it handles data on its platform.

When you email or message us

If you contact us by email at info@xianyualloy.com or by WhatsApp on +60 176129596, we receive whatever you choose to send — typically your name, company, email address or phone number, and the technical details of your enquiry.

What we use it for:

  • Answering your enquiry and preparing a quotation or a technical reply.
  • Handling any resulting order, including shipping documents, test certificates and after-sales contact.
  • Keeping a record of the commercial relationship where one exists.

Legal basis. Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, we process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and to perform a contract where one exists; and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Where Chinese law applies, we process it as necessary to conclude and perform a contract at your request.

Who else sees it. We do not share your enquiry data with anyone for marketing purposes. Data may be seen by our own staff handling your enquiry, by our email and messaging providers in the course of transmission, and by logistics or customs parties where that is necessary to ship an order you have placed. Where a shipping document or test certificate has to name your company, that is done because it is required for the shipment.

How long we keep it. Enquiry correspondence is kept while the enquiry is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can pick up an interrupted conversation. Where an order has been placed, records are kept for as long as required for commercial, warranty, tax and export-documentation purposes, and to hold a retained sample against each batch number as described elsewhere on this site.

Cross-border transfers. We are based in China and export worldwide, so correspondence with us is necessarily handled across borders. We keep this to what is needed to answer you and to fulfil an order.

What you can ask us to do

Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, you have the right to ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where consent was the basis. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these, write to info@xianyualloy.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may need to confirm your identity before acting, so that we do not disclose data to the wrong person.

This website is a business-to-business site intended for trade buyers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles data changes — for example if a form or an analytics tool is ever added — this page will be updated before that change goes live.

This policy describes xianyualloy.com as it stands on 16 October 2026.
