Grade datasheet · Ni200
Nickel 200 Wire
Commercially pure nickel with a carbon ceiling of 0.15 %. It is the default choice for lead wire, electrodes and current collectors, where low resistivity and predictable weldability matter more than strength.

Questions we get asked
What is the difference between N6 and N4?
N6 corresponds to Nickel 200 with carbon up to 0.15 %; N4 is the low-carbon grade (≈ Nickel 201) held at 0.02 % carbon and is specified where the part sees service above roughly 315 °C.
Can you supply below 0.10 mm?
Yes. Standard production runs from 0.025 mm. Below 0.05 mm the spool length and packing change, and we quote per order.
Is the wire supplied annealed or hard?
Both. Soft (M), half-hard (Y2) and hard (Y) are available; state the temper on the order and the anneal is set by furnace cycle.
Send the specification — diameter, grade, temper, quantity.
We come back with a confirmed lead time and the documentation we can issue for the shipment. 100 g sample at cost; orders from 1 kg.
